3. Legal basis, scope, purpose, and duration of the processed data

3.1. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for data processing is the voluntary consent of the users, according to Section 5 of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

3.2. Scope of the Processed Data

No data is required from users to use the website. The system automatically logs the user's IP address, session times, and in some cases the browser and operating system type. These logs are used solely for website development purposes and are not linked to personal data.

The Operator provides a messaging field on the Website for Users to send messages regarding any matters related to the Website or its content, including services offered. Users are required to provide their name, email address, and phone number when sending a message.

By sending a message, Users voluntarily consent to the processing of their data.

The Operator is entitled to process the data provided by the User (name, email address, phone number) until the User exercises their right to data deletion. If the User responds negatively to an offer from the Operator, their data will be deleted immediately.

Messages received through the website may be recorded and stored in the Responses module, depending on the settings, for a duration of 12 months, after which the data will be automatically deleted from the system.

4. Data Security Measures

The Operator stores data on dedicated servers installed in a secured server room in Hungary. This Website has an SSL certificate, ensuring that messages sent by Users cannot be intercepted.

The Operator will fulfill correction or deletion requests within five working days of receipt.
